ACCCO Unit CHCECE019

Can someone please help me out, I'm stressed and confused. I have chosen elements 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.2.1 and 2.2.2. Can someone please help me figure out how to fill in the rest of this table. I'm dyslexic and reading through all the learning guides is becoming extremely difficult for me to understand. Please help!
