Hi i have just completed my cert 3 in early childhood education and care , ive been offored a position to be a ISS worker to help support the students who need extra help so i was wondering if i am qualified for that and what the pay is im 17 so i dont know if im to young for that position,

From what I understand you will be paid as a Cert 3 qualified educator.
