CHCORG506C - Dealing With Breached Of Worpklace Legislation

Post by leyla » Sat Feb 25, 2012 3:37 pm

Hi everyone,
can someone help me with this question:
Discuss how breaches of workplace legislation are dealt with in your organization and highlight the appropriate regulation within the Children Service Regulation and /or Act.
Thanks

Hi Leyla,

I found the following information in the National Regulations:

Element 7.3.3 - The Regulatory Authority is notified of any relevant changes to the operation of the service, of serious incidents and any complaints which allege a breach of legislation.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for...

Cheers :geek:,
