How much programming per person

Hi I work part time Tuesday Wednesday and Friday. Im expected to cover 3 areas of the program per day, in total this is 9 areas and I am find this really hard. How much does a person typically do of program each? I also don’t get programming time. Is programming only for observations?

According to the Children's Services Award:

If you are an employee, responsible for preparing, implementing and/or evaluating a developmental program, by law you get a minimum of 2 hours per week to plan, prepare, evaluate and program activities. These 2 hours count as part of your ordinary hours.

Even 2 hrs per week is really not enough... even though that's the minimum you should be getting...
