Leadership CHCMGT003

Hi,

I am stuck on this question and would love some guidance on were I can get information on it from. I have checked a couple of sites but they all have diffrent things.

Question: Resesrch and outline three diffrent coaching principles and techniques and describe them in 500 words.

So far I have found these diffrent coaching principles and techniques relationship and trust, feedback and awareness and goals and action plans. But then i look for more information and I cant find any.

I apologise for my delayed response... I recently had a baby so please bear with me as I adjust to balancing work and family.

I had a look at a few sites as well and they all are very similar. There is nothing specific to childcare so I would assume you choose the ones that apply and you see fit.
