Compliance History Statement

Hi Lorina,

I’ve got the paper about compliance history statement from manager as I’m nominated person of the day. I provided you the link from ACECQA,so you have idea what I’m asking you https://www.acecqa.gov.au/sites/default ... visor.docx.

The first question asked about provide information about any compliance action or disciplinary proceedings to which you have been subject under the education and care service national law,including the education and care service national regulation.

What does mean the question about? Can you please provide example/s?
I’ve read through the regulatory authority powers but wasn’t sure if my answer would be on the right track.

Basically if you have broken any rules/regulations with one or more compliance's from the Educational and Care National Law and Regulations...

For example:

- left children unsupervised
- left child locked in the centre
- didn't get parent permission when taking children out
