Hi everyone, I was just wondering if someone would be able to point me in the right direction towards creating a 'Effective work practices plan for new employees' or if there were any templates online that i would be able to review.

What procedures and practices would be included in a performance cycle for a new or existing employee?

I have begun writing about the induction procedures new employees may need to go through but am struggling to understand how to lay out a format for this particular exercise and other main points, thankyou for any and all feedback

The question just states that what procedures and practices would you include, so does this mean that you only need to list these?

For example:

- supervision policy
- anti-bias policy
- incident policy etc.
