Recruiting An ECT For LDC Service

Hello there,
Im not sure if Im in the right discussion but I am looking to recruit an ECT in my small Long day care once day a week, We need to have access to an ECT 20% of our operational hours as on Jan 2018. As we don't run a kindergarten program, I am thinking maybe having an ECT in the program one day a week would be a good idea. Or another option is accessing an ECT for information communication technology. Anyone have any ideas for this??
