What next after the Diploma?

Post by ANewBeginning2018 » Mon Feb 12, 2018 11:15 am

Hi,
First it’s nice to be back in this forum after 3 years.

I have a Dip in Children's Services. ( a Dip in early education and Care) I like to know what’s the next level of education I can get to?
Also I prefer online training , as I will be looking to work permanently In a center.
Since I have the PR, am I entitled for assistance in Child Care studies?
If yes, pls advice where I need to apply?

Thank you.

It depends on what you want to do... do you want to do a degree or are you happy with your Diploma? If you do a degree then you can become an ECT, so that's probably the next step...

Thank you for your reply, Lorina.
Yes I am interested in doing the ECT.
Any idea where to apply to do it online? And also any funding that is available?

There are definitely a lot of options for you to study online. You will have to do some research to find out which uni you would like to study with...

In regards to funding here is some information:

Study Assist
