Educators Not Familiar With Convention Of The Rights Of The Child

hi guys im new here
i desperately need some help is anyone able to help me with this question i am not to sure how to answer it

During an initial self assessment of the service you identify that the majority of educators are not familiar with the United Nations Conven tions of the rights of the child (UNCRC) UNICEF 1989)

What facilitation techniques could you implement to encourage team development and improvement towards working in alignment with the UNCRC. Provide two examples of what quality work practices may look like when they are working in alignment to the UNCRC?
