Writing A Report To The Management Committee

I have to write a report to management committee about a dental policy and staff behaviour. Does anyone know where I can find an example of one or even a template? I have no idea what to do with this task for my assessment.

I'm doing this same question -and I'm really struggling on how to write he report. I have looked at the link you posted Lorina but am still struggling. Any more suggestions?
