Cluster 8 CHCPOL403C Rating of elements, is childcare service compliant?

Hi there currently doing Cluster 8 CHCPOL403C Undertake research activities
How do you find out or where from if the childcare service is currently compliant with the elements from National quality standards? I have found out the rating for the standards. Or is the rating the same from the standard for the elements under those standards? I'm stuck on this one not getting anywhere with it.

I think it is CareForKids...

Where you can find any centre and it lists if they have been assessed and rating they received for each quality area...
