key statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to work role of an Early Childhood Educator

Hi again, Lorina. I am working on the workbook "Work legally and ethically" - almost the end of the course for me( just one more huge practical book for me to go)
I am a bit confused with one question in the book "work legally and ethically". Could you pls have a look?
the question is

What are the key statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to your work role an Early Childhood Educator?

In the learner guide I have got a list:
These may include:
 Building standards
 Education and Care Services National Law & National Regulations
 Child protection and guardianship legislation
 The Convention on the Rights of the Child
 Early Childhood Australia- Code of Ethics
 Disability standards
 Discrimination and harassment
 Equal employment opportunities
 Freedom of information
 Health records legislation
 International and national standards
 Privacy legislation
 Public health
 WHS
 Food Safety Legislation

As far as I understand I need to pick the ones I am dealing with as an Educator? Is this right?
SO my answer is the following:
The key statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to my work role as an Early childhood educator are the following:
 Education and Care Services National Law & National Regulations
 Child protection and guardianship legislation
 The Convention on the Rights of the Child
 Early Childhood Australia- Code of Ethics
 Disability standards
 Discrimination and harassment
 Equal employment opportunities
 Freedom of information
 Health records legislation
 Privacy legislation
 Public health
 WHS
 Food Safety Legislation

So, it is pretty much everything except for the building standards, freedom of information, International and national standards as I consider them irrelevant for my field.
Dear Lorina, Could you pls tell me am I on the right track? Is this correct?
thank you in advance,
regards,
Sasha
