Hi Lorina I have been asked to resubmit this question for my assessment.


Explain the process you would follow to make an ethical decision. Identify and cite 2 sources relevant to your work role that would guide you in making responsible ethical decisions in your work role.

This is my revised answer
If I found myself in an ethical dilemma I would fall back on my code of ethics guide as this is a guide for professional behaviour, and principles to
assist me making ethical decisions. I would also consider if my dilemma has any legal implications as well.
1. Early Childhood Australia Code of ethics
2. The relevant law authority in which your center is. ( I'm not sure if this is correct or not )
