Child Concern Report

Hi,
can any one help with the following questions

what information is required when recording and making a child concern report?

what kind of report may an educator be require to complete in a service?

how can you ensure your knowledge of child protection issues and legislation is kept relevant and up to date?

pls help iam stuck with these questions.

You may be able to find some information to help you...

Can you pls help me to answer the following question

Explain the importance of maintaining confidentiality regarding children's rest sleep?
Regulation 81 sleep and rest states:
(1) The approved provider of an education and care service must take reasonable steps to ensure that the needs for sleep and rest of children being educated and cared for by the service are met, having regard to the ages, development stages and individual needs of the children .

iam stuck at this point pls help
