Trouble Using Templates - Photo Loading Sideways

I am having trouble using the templates on my Surface Pro. Ive been unable to add photos to the templates and when my son downloaded Acrobat Reader i can now add photos but the photos will only load sideways i am unable to turn the photos. Does anyone have any ideas???

With the inserted image, the photos will have the same dimension as the original photo and you cannot rotate them within the template itself. You need to rotate the Photos using a photo editing software like Windows Photo Viewer or Photoshop before inserting to these Templates. If you are on windows, then it's very easy to do that with Photo Viewer.
