Sharing information between care and protection services and other agencies is essential to protect children and young people from experiencing abuse or neglect . For example: if you are talking to a parent about their child being bitten by another child you should never mention any names or blame the other child. Even if the parent insists on knowing who bit their child you have to protect the child's privacy by not mentioning any names. Same goes for any other incidences that may occur...
