Profressional Development Task - Ethical Practices

Ok so l had to do a survey which was supply and give it to 3 staff. So l sat on the staff table and asked if educators could take part.
After collecting and collating the responses, I then had to write a brief findings which I've done. My problem is the educators answered the questions very well. (very professional team).
Question- Plan a professional development task which could be implemented as a 30 minute professional development segment over a series of 3 meets to assist team members to explore the ECA Code of ethics and how it can be applied in the workplace. Summarise what the professional development task will include and how you will implement it.
My problem is they know it better then me.
I was thinking along the lines of doing little cards with scenario about conflicts with families and children other educators and role play your actions. Am l on the right track. pls help

Why don't you write a few ethical scenarios and how educators will respond in each scenario - you could even do a multiple choice response.
