CHCECE018SW - Supporting Children To Participate In Experiences

Post by 27959 » Mon Apr 18, 2016 12:50 pm

Hi, could anybody please assist me with the following question?

How can you best support children to participate in learning experiences?

Not sure if I am on the right track...

- Create meaningful learning opportunities
- Structure the learning environment deliberately and thoughtfully
- Create a stimulating environment to foster learning
- Provide resources, areas and materials

Many thanks

Yes, you could also include:

- talk to them about their thoughts and ideas during the experience
- ask open ended questions
- provide a variety of open ended materials
- provide experiences based on their interests
