Just can't seem to get my head around this question for some reason

Identify 2 ways that problem solving could be utilised to support a positive outcome that complies with workplace practices.
I've started with but I'm not sure if this answers the question at all:
Working together to solve problems promptly can be a lot easier than ignoring an issue which can then grow and become a more complex issue.

Just need a point in the right direction as it's the last question on my assingment. All the others were fine.
