Working With Colleagues From Different Cultures

I'm having trouble with this question just want to make sure i have the right idea about this and help to finish the question as i can't think of anything else.

Q) As an Early Childhood Education and Care assistant you will be required to promote cooperation with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Describe 4 ways in which you can cooperate with your colleagues to achieve this.

A)
-show curiosity and interest about someones background by asking questions ect. about there culture and beliefs
-treat them the same as you would anyone else but at the same time take into consideration there opinions and thoughts of certain subjects or actions
-listen to stories they may tell especially to do with their culture, beliefs etc.
