How do the responsibilities and complexities of field worker and educator differ?
I am totally a newbie. ...high school dropout. Any info or guidance would be great thanks

My answer ....maybe just a few ideas
field worker: marketing side of fdc and promotion ie: childcare as an option
more qualified
work set hours
responsible for.educators in upholding confidentiality privacy policies and procedures. ..

educator
work own hours, provide care education in own home and follow policy procedures, their own boss
