List six features educators should provide when structuring the learning environment to meet this standard.

Can some one help me please,couldn't understand this question.
It's what i founded: Resources, materials and equipment are sufficient in number,
organised in ways that ensure appropriate and effective
implementation of the program and allow for multiple uses
