Facilitating and Developing A QIP

Hello I'm really stuck on these to questions I have been searching for about 2 hours and getting no where!


Explain how you might undertake the facilitation of an organisation self assessment process?

Explain how you might facilitate the development of a quality improvement plan for the organisation?
