CHCECE006 - Time Samples and Frequency Count Observations

Hi :)
I have to do 4 observations on childs disruptive behaviour or behaviour of concern,I have completed an ABC narrative and anecdotal observation but I am having trouble understanding the difference between Time sample observations and Frequency count observation, can someone please explain or show some examples so I have a understanding on how to write them as I can not find any example on the net , Thanks :)
