New Ratios Victoria OCC License 2

Hi there, I'm trying to confirm either way whether or not the new Ratio's for 0-2 & 3-5 are going to be applicable to OCC License 2,
currently we are 5:1 for 0-2yrs & 15:1 for 3-5yrs.
Answers previously have been confusing and not mentioning directly License 2 Services
any help would be greatly appreciated

I just found some information in regards to OCC.

Victorian Children's Services Legislation – Limited hours licence type 2

These services operate under the Victorian Children’s Services Act 1996 (Victorian Act) and the Children’s Services Regulations 2009 (Victorian Regulations).
A Limited hours licence type 2 (LH2) is the most appropriate licence type when occasional care is the only early childhood service operating on the premises. These services are not required to meet all the premise requirements of a standard service and are not required to have outdoor space. In services with a LH2 licence each child must receive no more than five hours a day and no more than a total of 15 hours of care a week.

As from my understanding this type of service follows the Victorian Children's Service Legislation so the ratio will be determined by this and not the National Law and Regulations.

Thanks heaps Lorina....
Its easy to see its clear as mud at times....lol....
We have a great little OCC , children are limited to 5 hrs per day 15 hrs per week, we do have a gorgeous little outside area which is fantastic and keen to expand but we are limited as we are not for profit, so staffing really affects us
