CHCPRT001 - Legislations & Outcomes For A Child At Risk

Post by saengwan » Wed Apr 29, 2015 11:53 am

Hello,
I need some suggestion for my tasks.
Q :Identify and list the Education & Care Services National Regulation that relates to Protecting children and describe your understanding in your own words.
A : Educators, co-ordinators and staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities to respond to every child at risk of abuse or neglect

Q : EYLFLearning Outcome 1: Children feel safe, secure and supported: Please describe in your own words how this relates to a child at risk of harm.
A : Each staff member is aware of:
• Common signs and indicators of child abuse and neglect
• Policies, procedures and legal responsibilities about reporting incidences of child abuse and neglect
• The need for sensitivity and confidentiality in handling this information. This workshop will focus on legislative guidelines and your role and responsibility in keeping children safe.

Q: National Quality Framework: Outcome 2.3.4. List strategies which would ensure that the educators are routinely employing child focused work practices.
A: Action is taken to respond to every child at risk of abuse and/or neglect.

Thank you for any commands,
Regards

You haven't described your understanding for any of the questions so you would need to rethink these responses. You will also need to add more information for each response. This may help:
