6. Briefly explain the key environmental factors that can impact on rest and sleep within an early childhood education and care setting.

Some environmental factors are:
- noise level in the room. Try have soft and soothing music playing.
- darkness of the room. Turn out all the lights and close the curtains to provide a suitable enviroment.
- make the enviroment relaxed. Don't stress.
