Dealing With Ethical Dilemmas

What actions should staff take if they believe that another person is acting unethically or if the are confronted with an ethical dilemma that affects themselves? I'm stumped please help

See if the following helps:

Ethics - Everyday Practice

It's also a good idea to have a look at the ECA - Code Of Ethics and note down the points that the staff is not abiding by along with examples of what you witnessed. From here you would go to the director and discuss it with them...
