What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Can someone help me how I do these observations.

An observation means you are writing what you observe when a child engaged in an activity or task. So, for your observations you need to find a child involved in a task or activity for each developmental area. When writing an observation you will have to record exactly what you see and hear, from there you interpret the observation by writing what the child CAN do and has achieved. To develop a child's skills in that particular developmental area you then write a follow up activity.
