In terms of legal it would probably be privacy and confidentiality rights. For ethics you can use the Code Of Ethics to help support your answer. For obligations I'd research each point individually and add a few strategies on how you can support them within the centre...

Hope this gives you a starting point,

Hi, I am struggling with this question. This is my answer so far.

6. Outline your legal and ethical responsibilities and obligations towards:
- a child with mild Asperger’s – Work to ensure children and families with additional needs can exercise their rights.
- a child with same sex parents – Work to ensure children are not discriminated against on the basis of gender, age, ability, economic state, family structure, lifestyle, ethnicity, religion, language, culture or nation origin.
- a child with a severe disability - Work to ensure children are not discriminated against on the basis of gender, age, ability, economic state, family structure, lifestyle, ethnicity, religion, language, culture or nation origin.
- a child whose family does not speak English at home - Acknowledge the holistic nature of children’s learning and the significance of children’s cultural and linguistic identities.
Help please...

Hi

Can someone please help me with this question?

1. Explain the components of the National Quality Framework (NQF), and state how each component influences an educator’s practice in an education and care setting.

Answer: • a new national regulatory approach to streamline licensing, regulation and quality assurance requirements, and reduce the administrative burden on service providers

I am not sure how this component influences an educator’s practice in an education and care setting.

Thank you
Wajiha
