Hi guys,
I need to list 3 ways employers can provide a duty of care and address the rights of their employees.
Also i need to name an ethical and legal obligation a colleague is ignoring when failing to put children's files away. She come and told children which child has a mental problem and has to take medication.
Would this be in regards to confidentiality?^
