inserting photos into the documents

Hi,
I cannot seem to be able to insert photos into the documents after i have downloaded and saved them. I have down loaded the fillable version and I can write on them but nothing happens when I press insert photo.

Hi Marion, Please open the template file directly from Adobe Reader instead of opening it from the browser. I had just posted the steps on how to download the file and open from Adobe reader directly in your other topic here. Try it out and I think that should solve any problems. If you continue to have troubles let me know more on what happened after you tried the steps I had suggested.
