Usually a new parent will receive an enrolment pack which should include:

- enrolment forms
- immunization records
- parent handbook (outlining policies and procedures, about the centre, opening and closing times, staff) etc
- permission slip for photographing and videoing your child
- sample menu plan (if food is provided)
- parent info on EYLF

I think that's about it... The parent handbook is the main document a parent shall receive though and it provides all the info on the centre. If you want a sample copy just Google 'parent handbook childcare' and a I'm sure a few will pop up.

Hope this helps,
