Hi Jag
at our kindergarten we have picture cards of "good sitting" a picture of a child sitting with legs crossed.
"Good Looking" a pair of eyes that signifies looking at the teacher when she is reading, or talking.
"raise your hand" a picture of a child with their hand up.

JNP, I like the "Good Looking" one. Good idea! I usually have something like "Eyes on The Teacher"...

You could also do:
