It's end of the year and i need some ideas on how to summarise children's portfolio (like what do you include on last page) any ideas thanks heaps.

Depends on the age but maybe a type of graduation certificate if they are off to school or moving up in rooms.
Add a personal photo to each one with a serious of photos showing growth skills achieved and interest through out the year.
I like to add a personal message to each child telling them how much I enjoyed learning with them and sharing their interests with them which you can go into detail with.
A list of the learning outcomes and evidence how each child achieved them throughout the year .
