I was wondering if you have had time to look into Staff Appraisals yet. I have only just become the owner of the Centre and have been unable to find a simple but informed appraisal. I know you are a very busy person and really enjoy reading your answers to many questions asked.

Hi Jean,

The staff appraisal has been on my "to do" list for quite some time and it has been on my mind... I'm sorry it's taken me so long to do it. I will have a look into it this week and see if I can get a template done.

Quick question, with the staff appraisal do you want it related to each of the NQS - Quality Areas that the educators will have their performance reviewed against or just something simple?
