Professional Floor Cleaning

Hi,

I am looking for regulation or policy for regular professional floor cleaning.
My centre hasn't had professional floor cleaning for 18months.
I remember My last centre had cleaning every 6 months.
Where can I find imformation about regular professional floor cleaning.

I checked "Staying Healthy In Childcare" and "Health and Safety Model Policies" and they both state that floors should be mopped daily with water and detergent. I can't find any information regarding professional floor cleaning...
