Hello, I am starting in the Babies Room as a Lead Educator, and was wondering if anyone could please point me in the direction as to where I can find some printouts to give to parents before their baby starts in the room. I am not chasing their information like emails, phone numbers etc, just a sheet that I can go to throughout the day if their child is unsettled and see what calms them, how they like bottle temp, formula/breast milk, dummies, dislikes etc. A personalized sheet that applies to the baby's needs. Also a good info sheet for other educators to use that arn't usually in the room. Thank you

It's been so long! I hope you are well! I have an eight-month-old son now! So, yes so busy with everything, he keeps me on my toes that's for sure!

In regards to the template, it is a high-quality image so I'm not sure why it is blurry for you... let me take another look at it.
