The Child Daily Information sheet is used as a daily record of important details that happens throughout the day while the child is at the centre. The information here is provided by the room educator and filled in through the day. Once it is complete it is in then shared with the child's parents at the end of the day.
The Child Information Sheet provides all the necessary information all on the one sheet rather than filling out separate sheets for each child. It includes the following:
- Child's Name
- Room (changes for FDC)
- Date
- Photo Box (daily photo of child playing)
- Photo description box (describe what child is doing)
- What did I eat today box (checkbox and menu can be filled in)
- Nappy Change / Toileting checkbox and time
- Sleep and Rest time Box (times of rest)
- Temperament box(including comments)
- Items to Collect box (as a reminder for parents)
- Teacher Feedback / Comment box
- Parent Feedback / Comment box
- What I enjoy Doing Today box to be filled in
- Logo
