developing policys

[Ur Kids FDC]

I have recently been appointed as the supervisor for a family day care scheme. I have been asked to develop a policy and procedures booklet for the staff. (Educators do already have one devised) we just need one for the office.
The owner most prob wont pay for any templates to be sent out.

Any ideas or help would be great.
