Developing A Quality Improvement Plan For Self Assessment

Hi Lorina,
I am working in a preschool,( we are to work on our centre's QIP). I heard we need to do a self assessment.
What sort of documentation should I follow or use to do the assessment. Do I have submit that to the Authorities. I am confused. I would be grateful for your answer.
