Providing A New Service For 6 Months

hello just needing some help with tis question:

your organisation is providing a new service for clients. this service is only going to be provided for a six month period. how would you plan appropriately for the need for additional staff over this period?

Since it is only for 6 months you can possible create a roster in advance one you have received information from the clients on how many are going to use this service...
