Personal Philosopy

Hi there, I have just enrolled in my Diploma in Children Services. As part of my role I have to write up a personal philosophy for our display area of all the team for the parents and departments view. I am asking for some assistance and advice in how to write one up for myself? Any help is very much appreciation.
