I have don'e Question 1 but this question is confusing . I don't know if I have all paper work ( can't find out till Next Month) ... You are required to plan Two small groups experience -->( using the attached format )<-- to support the development of a fundamental Motor skills :

--> don't think I have it <-- if anyone is doing same subject or something close can You help me please

Don't rely on someone else to give you the format, unless they are doing it from the same study provider as you.
It would help if you mention where or who you are studying through and the complete code & name of the unit you are doing.
I presume it involves planning some activities relating to developing motor skills & the observing & recording of the groups, however you are missing the essential format.
Are you sure you have not misplaced some of the question or attached sheets somewhere as usually all the things you need come together?

ok I'm doing My Dip through the YMCA at Kingston and the Code and Name of this Unit is CHCFC502A Foster physical development in Early Childhood. lol at Me losing or Misplacing the attached sheet I have only just opened the assessment last night and read though and did the first part and Now this one is bothering Me lol ....

Well I would wait ... maybe someone on here is studying through them and can help you.
From when I was doing that unit I vaguely remember them wanting me to split the children into groups and set up various gross motor activities and observe them... the problem is what the format is they want it in.
Regardless I guess you can always research different motor activities (as it can differ for different ages etc) and at least have that all sorted so when you manage to get the format it will be easy peasy as you would have done all your research.

I contacted College and found out that the format I needed didn't get printed so I got a copy of the format and More ...
