I think with the services you identified in your area, would be able to provide you with ongoing information once you have identified what type of additional needs the child within your service has. I did find another service called "Inclusion Support". They work specifically with early childhood services in supporting and developing your understanding of working with a child with additional needs. They also are able to provide additional funds to your centre if required. Check them out on the link below.
