Q: WHAT CHANGES COULD BE RECOMMENDED TO THIS POLICY TO ENSURE IT IS FAIR FOR ALL CHILDREN AND EDUCATORS? (specifically in regards to no hat, no play)
Policy: Sun Smart Policy
A: To avoid children missing out on outdoor play, all children might be required to provide the Centre with two hats, one to wear day to day and one to store as a back up if the original hat is misplaced, damaged or taken home.
I am stuck on this question as my answer so far is more of a suggestion than a policy change recommendation but am having difficulty coming up with ideas.

Yes, that's a good idea... The centre can also provide spare hats as well... Children who don't have a hat can be restricted to the veranda or the undercover portion of the playground etc.
