Just need help regarding what procedures you would follow when submitting a notification of harm to the correct authorities? I havent got a clue what to right.. Send me a link where to get the information.. What your thoughts are?

You will need to complete a mandatory reporter guide also called MRG and then follow the outcome of MRG. Now you can also do the eReporting after running MRG. Try the link below:
