Hello,I am having trouble with some parts of this assignment can any one helpe me please

1 -what processes are typically used to identify children with additional needs ?
2- where a child has multiple needs how are these needs prioritised in relation to program planning ?
3-what processes are used to review the child's progress ?

i'm sorry about that catchmeifucan i was just wondering if someone can give me any other idea about the question i did answer question 1&3 i hope so i'm in the right track and the answer is :
1 there are 4 primary ways in wich children with additional needs are identified
-the child has disability that has been identified from birth or soon after
-thechild acquiers a disability as a result of illness or an accident
-parent express concern about the child and seek support and advice from the service
i hope so the answer right
any advice will be apreciated
