Position Description For Assistant Educator

I need to prepare a Position Description for Assistant Educator. I am a bit confused what I need to put under REMUNERATION: Classification

Could anyone help me please? I am in Victoria if that make any difference for this part.

Also what is the salary range? I put $20 an hour but I am not sure if that is enough.

so I have done Classification and Salary range but I am confused with ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Coordinates

Could someone please help me with that?

Organisational Relationships... could this be referring to who the assistant educator report to?

Example: Assistant Educator ---> Room Leader ---> 2IC---> Director ---> Management

In regards to wages it depends how much experience the assistant educator has... It starts from Level 3.1 once they have completed their cert 3 qualification.
